Roads in our park are rough and pump. You should be ready to drive in such condition of getting "the real African massage". clients with back problems should inform us in advance so we can advise and arrange extra cusion on the vehicle's seat.
Tanzania has tropical climate hence a mosquito zone. Precaution in various places including in all accommodations has been undertaken to reduce the impact by put mosquito nets and spraying the room each day however, we strongly recommend each client to consult the for the best anti-malaria tables before travelling for safari.

Each vehicle has one driver-guide throughout. If confirmed a group tour with two or three vehicles, your departure will involve drivers as per the number of vehicles where you can choose to exchange during game drives as per your group preference.
Nothing is guaranteed in the bush however, starting game drive during sunrise is recommended. Normally game drive is permitted from 6 am where you can opt to depart with breakfast box for game drive as earlier as possible. Sometime you can start at 7am after hot breakfast in the lodge or either depend with the plan/ schedule you confirmed with your driver a day earlier.

Yes! Balloon safari can be arranged at extra cost in your itinerary in Serengeti National park at any time depends with availability of the seat. It is a wonderfully excursion done early in the morning start from pick up from your lodge between 4- 5am. The excursion normally last for about 1 hr where the most guaranteed thing to spot is the vast of Serengeti plain however, animals and sometime sunrise can be spotted.
It is very possible to tailor your departure by including local flight to/from the park based on your preference. Tell us your preference so we can customize the best package which suites your desire.
It is very possible however this is dictated by the time of your arrival. If arriving in the morning you can drive straight to the nearby national park of Arusha, Tarangire, or Lake Manyara National park for a game drive.
If your flight arrives in the afternoon and before 1500hrs possibly you can drive overnight in the lodge inside the park or outside but close to the mentioned parks.
if your flights arrive from 1600hrs onward we suggest to overnight in Arusha city followed by driving to the park on the next morning.
Normally park gates are closed at 6 pm, and there is a reasonable driving distance from the airport to each park. Therefore, the option to overnight in Arusha city is recommended but also for recovering from jet lag
In Tanzania, we are using type G kind of power outlets. We recommend bringing outlet power adapter in case you are using US type to avoid any inconvenience in charging your batteries

All accommodation in safari is booked on Full Board that means Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are included. The first night in Arusha is booked on Bed and Breakfast where only breakfast is included. If you like dinner to be part of your package on the first night in Arusha, please let us know so we can tell you the extra cost and book it on your behalf.
Yes! All properties accommodate clients with any meal need. There are special Menu supplied to clients who provided his/her meal requirement well in advance before meal has been served.

No! like the way our parks are not fenced even accommodations inside the park are not fenced. It is a close to nature experience provided mostly preferred when sleeping inside the park.
Upon arrival at each accommodation you will be briefed well on how to spend your time around whereby working alone from 6pm onward and in the morning from 6am are not allowed at all.
There are securities and some staffs who are familiar with the surrounding can take you from your tent to main are or restaurant and back to your tent to ensure your safety.
During night each accommodation has its own way of communicating with main desk in case you feel any uncomfortable situation or any emergency.
Yes! you will be provided with hot shower at each accommodation. In tented camps you need to leave a note at what time you prefer to take shower so one will open the system of hot water to your tent. In large chain hotels there is a water heater at each bathroom which you can switch it on at your own time.
You can pay your bill in accommodation in two ways either by cash or by online credit card. Payments are done mostly in USD $ with bill printed from 2006 onward when paying by cash. if paying by credit card, there is always a bank charge to be added for beneficiary bank.
Each accommodation has different configuration but common configuration is Single room for solo client; Double/twin room for two clients; and Triple room for three clients. Other have family and/or interconnecting rooms which accommodate four clients at once (2 children and 2 parent). For luxury properties especially in Zanzibar and some in Arusha city there are villas which can accommodate 4 adults in one villa

It is very rare to encounter problems during your stays in the suggested accommodations however, in case of any issue being in service, you should inform the manager so he can create quick solution.
During night there is a radio in your room which you can use to communicate with the main desk for quick help.
Each accommodation has a Laundry service at extra cost however, if want to do laundry when staying in tented camps it requires at least a minimum of two nights since laundry method is based on hand wash and depend on sun light to dry. But if staying in big hotels there are laundry machine which you should hand-over your clothes at the reception during check-in time and delivered back to you next morning during check out.
You will be on move a lot, our advice is to pack as lightly as possible. Your bags should be clearly labeled and restricted to a soft sided suite case, sport bags or day-pack. Luggage limits on flights should be considered when packing to avoid inconveniences during travelling. Our luggage dimension you can use is 30cm (height) x 30cm (width) x 60cm (length)
Choice of color should be of great consideration. Try to avoid blue, red, yellow, pink, and all bright color clothes and you can pack Khaki, neutral, olive and beige clothes. Bright color has a tendency of attracting insects like Tse Tse flies hence not recommended during game time.
Make sure you pack your clothes in layers which should include warm clothes to wear from evening and in the morning time where the weather is a bit chill. During day time casual style is recommended. You can pack simple shoes to wear during the day and sandals after game drive time.
Regarding items, depends with your preference however don't forget your camera with at least one spare battery, sun cream, insect reppelants, sun hat, sun glass, outlet adapter and your preferred toiletries.
